Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Billing & Privacy: If you are
paying by Credit Card your statement from your bank will show our company
name as SALES@SEACRESTCRAFTS.COM, which is our parent company. Your Credit
Card number is removed from our system as soon as the order is placed. You
e-mail address is never sold, traded or given to anyone at all. You may receive
special sales promotions in the future but your name can be removed at any
time by replying to the e-mail with just telling me to please remove my
name. These sales are often very good as the reward sales for our
Christmas customers last year was 50% of any one item, not including
shipping.
Insurance: There is an option
on the Shipping Address page to add Insurance. You may click on Edit Cart
to be taken backward in the cart. Then click next and on that page click
on Edit, Insurance Not Requested. This will return you to the Shipping
Information Page where you can add Insurance to your order. Item(s) not
insured are at the customers liability. Kristin's Gems or its owners is not
responsible for the condition of packages or the item(s) contained therein
if Insurance is declined by the customer, including but not limited to
damage to your item(s), loss of contents including receiving an empty
package, package tampering, marring or other problems with the item(s)
received.
Insurance Claims: If an
item(s) is lost or damaged on an insured shipment, a claim form must be
completed and mailed to Sea Crest Crafts Network, PO BOX 696,
Orange Springs, FL 32182-0696. Please email me so we can send you a
claim form. If the claim is for damaged item(s), we will then be able to
settle the claim within a few days of receiving your signed form and the
damaged item(s). If the claim is for a package not received we must wait
30 days for the package to possibly arrive from the date it was mailed. Do
not contact the Post Office or your Credit Card company as your account
will be settled rapidly once I have received your signed Claim form and
any damaged items. We maintain sufficient records for proof we shipped
your package and all refunds will be handled by Sea Crest Crafts Network.
I will also file a United States Postal Service form 1510 for lost or
damaged goods to record the incident or the equivalent through any other shipper
used. U-PIC.com is our shipping insurance company, but all claims must be
handled through Sea Crest Crafts Network. Feel free to visit their web
site and ask either of us any questions you have about the process or
system.
Return Policy of the Sale of Finished Jewelry, Crafts
& Goods:
If you are not happy with your purchase of Finished Jewelry and Crafts there is a
Five (5) Day Money Back Guarantee. There is a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee* and
shipping charges are non-refundable. We must be contacted by E-Mail, USPS or
Phone within five (5) days of you receiving the Jewelry if you are dissatisfied with
your purchase to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
The RMA number must be shown clearly on the outside of the package. The item(s) must be received back by us within fifteen (15) days of your
having received the item(s) according to the delivery confirmation receipt. It
is probably fastest to Email Me at the address above to get approval before
mailing back merchandise. No item(s) maybe returned with out prior approval of
Kristin's Gems.
* Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable.
Earrings are only refundable at 50% of the
purchase price.
All item(s) must be returned in new condition in the same shipping container in
which you received your item(s) or an equivalent shipping container. Item(s)
must be as well padded and protected as you received them. They must be shipped
via a traceable deliver service such as USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or
FedEx. The item(s) must be insured or you wave all rights to the refund
depending on the condition we receive the returns goods which we determine at
our sole discretion. Bead loss, tarnish, fading or
other marring is not covered under the Guarantee. If there is a problem with the item damaged from shipment, we must be contacted
within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment if shipment was insured (see
insurance above).
Failure to follow the above procedure will result in the package being
returned to you as we received it and no refund or exchange will be given.
