Why Can't I use my Credit Card outside the US ?

The Exchange Rate for money is not the same, thus the price you see is in US Dollars.   Just use the shopping cart.   I can accept Credit Card orders from Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand.

Is their a refund policy for Finished Jewelry or Crafts?

Yes, If you are not happy with your purchase of Finished Jewelry and Crafts there is a Five (5) Day Money Back Guarantee. There is a twenty five per cent (25%) restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. We must be contacted by E-Mail, USPS or Phone within five (5) days of you receiving the Jewelry if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. The item(s) must be received back by us within fifteen (15) days of your having received the item(s) according to the delivery confirmation receipt. It is probably fastest to Email Me to get approval before mailing back merchandise. No item(s) maybe returned with out prior approval of Eclectic Earrings Beaded Jewelry.

Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable.

All item(s) must be returned in new condition. Bead loss, tarnish, fading or other marring is not covered under the Guarantee. If there is a problem with the item damaged from shipment, we must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment.

How long should this Jewelry last ?

There is no set time that the jewelry will last, however with reasonable care you should have it a long time. Things to avoid are wearing your jewelry in water, taking a bath or washing dishes. The strong detergents will cause metals to tarnish and painted surfaces to fade.

Do I do special orders ?

We do on a individual basis. Email or call us with your request. There is a 50 percent non-refundable deposit required before we begin any custom work.

Do I Repair Jewelry ?

We do on a individual basis. We only do Beaded Jewelry, we are not a metal smith Jeweler.  Be sure to save as many beads as you can. Many and most aren't replaceable. Some are Vintage and some just aren't available any longer.  Contact us before sending any beaded jewelry to be repaired.
